2. Your orders will be dispatched within 3 working days, the products will reach you in 7-14 working days within India.
3. Delivery of product will be attempted on business days only (Saturday, Sunday & national holidays excluded)
In case your order gets delayed due to any Natural calamity like – Floods, Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Tsunami, Bad weather Or other unavoidable circumstances like— Flight delays, Political Disruptions, Curfew, Riots etc., we will inform you through Email & SMS. So kindly give correct Email- ID & Contact no. while placing an order.
Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return.
For all returns, the product must be unused, unwashed and in sellable condition. It must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact. All returns must be made within 7 days of the product’s actual date of delivery.
If a product return is requested, the returns will be picked within 4-7 working days. In case of returns, the refunds will be credited to your account within 10-14 working days. Discounted products can not be returned.
Note: Girls Destiny does not provide exchange of products. If a customer wants to exchange, they must return the product and then place a new order.
The customer can call us at our customer care (+ 91) 70969 19465, 97730 46761, 72650 25017 or email us girlsdestinyofficial@gmail.com - within 2 days after receiving the product. The details of Order no. reason for return should be shared with customer support executive. In case you feel the product is not meeting your expectations or has any kind of defect, You may also need to attach the product picture with a small note.
Refund will be initiated only if the product is no more in stock with us or the product has manufacturing defect which will be checked by Girls Destiny quality team.
The refund process will initiate within 2 working days of receiving the request at our Head Office (Girls Destiny, A-1, Rukshmani Soc-1, Kargil Chowk, Punagam, 395010 Surat Gujarat, India) & as soon as refund approval from quality team is received.
Refunds will be credited back to customer account, within 10-14 days of initiation of refund which is dependent on the mode of payment.
Customers can easily cancel their online order within 24 hrs of placing the order, complete amount will be refunded. The partial cancellation of order is also allowed.
The refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be done through NEFT.
